Yup, they're back. Now, here's what I want to know, out of all of you out there how many people are still Brussels Sprout haters, how many love them (like me!), and how many are not so sure about that green thing I rave about.
Speak up, guys!

You have made me a believer in brusssels sprouts. The secret IS in cooking them properly as you have taught us in the past. And that picture of sprout mountain that you took is just lovely!
Hey...I even grew them a couple of times but no one but me wanted to eat them!..maybe I didn't prepare them properly?..great pic!...Auntie S
Maple syrup and bacon are key ingredients to a yummy brussel sprout experience. I'm very sure that R could pass on a recipe.
Ant
I have to agree with Ant, for those first time Brussels Sprouters making them sweet is a good way of getting people to like them. And then you can wean them off the sweet side of Brussels Sprouts and get more adventurous!
Love them. Even have Gramps liking them. Granrongsou
I'll just say it again since no one else agrees with me...
Brussel Sprouts
BAH!!
For sweetness, try grated brussel sprouts with chopped dried apricots.
O.K., Revanna - by popular demand - would you post this mysterious maple bacon brussel sprouts recipe?
I actually don't have that exact recipe...that is Ant's...but I could post my brussel sprouts with caramelized tofu and pecans...it's freakin' fantastic!
Why does no one agree with me?
